This Cookie Notice explains how Amendorg LLC, which operates PinBridge ("we", "us" or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on www.pinbridge.io and in the PinBridge app at app.pinbridge.io. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data more broadly.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They help a site work, remember your preferences, and show how the site is used. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.
First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by other companies on our pages, and those companies can use them to recognize your device when it visits other websites.
2. What runs and when
| Type | What it does | When it runs |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Keeps you signed in, remembers your cookie choice and theme, and protects forms and sign-in from abuse. | Always. The website and app need these to work. |
| Attribution | Records which campaign or partner link brought you to PinBridge, so we can measure campaigns and credit partners for sign-ups. | Only when you arrive through a link that carries campaign tags, an ad click ID, or a partner code. We do not ask first. |
| Analytics and session recording | Shows us how the website and app are used, including pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and recordings of visits. | Only after you accept. |
| Advertising | Connects ad clicks to visits and sign-ups so ad performance can be measured. Google can also use it to personalize ads. | Only after you accept. |

4. Other technologies
Browser storage
Browser storage works much like cookies and can be cleared in your browser settings. We use it as follows:
| Name | Purpose | When it runs |
|---|---|---|
pinbridge.auth.session, theme, pinbridge.analytics_consent | Your app sign-in, your theme, and your cookie choice in the app. | Always |
pinbridge.attribution.params.v1, pinbridge.referral.click.* | Campaign tags and partner clicks during your visit. | When you arrive through a tracked link |
_gcl_ls, _cltk, sentryReplaySession | Google, Microsoft Clarity, and Sentry data for the tools described here. | Only after you accept |
Session recording
If you accept analytics, Microsoft Clarity (website and app) and Sentry (app only) can record how you use a page, including clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, and what is shown on screen. We use these recordings to find usability problems and errors. We mask some sensitive content, but a recording can include other things shown on the page.
Cookie-free measurement and security checks
Our network provider measures how fast website pages load with a small script that sets no cookies, whatever you choose in the banner. The contact form uses a security check from the same provider to tell people from bots, and that check can process technical details about your browser.
Events sent by our servers
When a workspace reaches a product milestone, such as publishing its first pin, or pays an invoice, our servers send a record of that event to Google Analytics. This does not use your browser and does not depend on your cookie choice. The record holds the event, the workspace identifiers, the amount and plan for a payment, and the analytics ID and ad click ID saved when you signed up, if there are any. It does not hold your name or email address.
5. Your choices
- On the website: the banner offers Accept All, Reject All, and Customize. To change your choice later, use the cookie settings button at the bottom left of the page. Google and Clarity load only when Analytical cookies are on, so turning on Advertisement cookies alone loads nothing.
- In the app: the banner offers one choice that covers analytics, session recording, and advertising. To change it later, use the Cookie settings link in the footer.
- The website and the app remember your choice separately, so you may be asked on both.
- In your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block all cookies, you may not be able to sign in and parts of the service may not work.
- With Google: you can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or manage ads in My Ad Center.
When you withdraw consent, we stop these tools and remove our first-party analytics and advertising cookies. Cookies set on other companies' domains (clarity.ms, bing.com, doubleclick.net) stay until they expire or you delete them in your browser.
6. Changes
The cookies we use can change over time. We update this page when they do, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
7. Questions
